What Wrike actually costs your team

Per-seat pricing hides the real number. This is the monthly total on annual billing, including any seat minimums the vendor enforces.

What the pricing page does not tell you

Wrike sells seats in fixed bands: blocks of 5 below 30 seats, blocks of 10 from 30 to 100, blocks of 25 above 100. A 6-person team pays for 10 seats. A 22-person team pays for 25.

That banding means adding one person can raise your bill by five seats at once. Check where your headcount sits before hiring.

In January 2026 Wrike replaced its single Enterprise tier with two new tiers — Pinnacle and Apex — both custom-quoted. The Business plan now caps at 200 users and is annual-only. There is no monthly billing option for Business or above.

The Business plan has a 5-seat minimum, putting the real floor at $1,500 per year regardless of team size.
