Built for people who think in spreadsheets. Strong in construction and operations, with the most confusing pricing of the six.

All Smartsheet plans and prices

Prices are per user, per month, in US dollars. The annual column reflects the discounted rate you get for paying twelve months upfront.

What Smartsheet actually costs your team

Per-seat pricing hides the real number. This is the monthly total on annual billing, including any seat minimums the vendor enforces.

Pro$45/monot available (max 10 users)not available (max 10 users)
Business$95/mo$380/mo$950/mo

What the pricing page does not tell you

Pro has a hard ceiling of 10 users. User number 11 forces the Business plan — a 111% price increase per seat (Pro at $9 vs Business at $19). It was 256% before Smartsheet cut Business pricing in 2026.
The Pro plan is listed as available to new customers only. If you are on a legacy contract at $32, you are paying well above current published rates — ask Smartsheet to reprice at renewal.
Enterprise pricing is not published anywhere, which usually means it is negotiable.

Is Smartsheet worth it?

That depends on which of the costs above apply to you. If you are comparing against other tools, our comparison pages put the real numbers side by side, and our Smartsheet alternatives page prices every competitor for the same team size.
